Benefits EligibilityRegular employees scheduled to work 24 or more hours per week become eligible for medical, prescription drug, dental, vision and life insurance the first of the month following 90 calendar days of employment. Employees are eligible for Short Term (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD) effective the first of the month following 1 year of benefit eligible service (Part Time employees are not eligible for LTD).
