Benefits EligibilityRegular employees who are scheduled to work 22.5 hrs. or more become eligible for medical, prescription drug, dental, vision and life insurance coverage the first of the month following 30 calendar days of employment. Employees are eligible for Short (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD) effective the first of the month following 1 year of benefit eligible service (Part Time employees are not eligible for LTD).
